Description

The copperplate engraving depicts the interior of the Old School synagogue, which stood in Prague’s Josefov district. Demolished in 1867. It was the oldest synagogue in Prague’s Josefov district.

Published by the I. L. Kober bookstore and publishing house, operating from 1846 to 1949. The business was founded by Ignác Leopold Kober (1825 to 1866).
